Staff will undergo robust enhanced DBS checks, safeguarding and radicalisation training along with paediatric first aid and be added to the Super Scientists Ltd trading as Esgate Education, Ofsted Voluntary registration. 

Vacancies will be advertised and candidates fairly incentivised and interviewed.  

Super Scientists/Esgate Education does not tolerate any racism, bullying or phobic behaviours from staff. If staff are found to be behaving in this way they will be reprimanded accordingly.
